About Max Mehta
This past year, I’ve honed a design style that focuses on a three word mantra: Design is Fun. When I say that, I don’t just mean look and feel, it encompasses the mindset that I stick to when
designing, both for myself and others.
Design has many facets, and in my eyes it’s fun to explore them, whether I’m designing a campaign, putting together a form that is purely functional, or ensuring things are accessible.
Looking over the projects I worked on this year, the Jewelbox Scorebook was probably my favourite, and the fact there is a used and well-loved prototype to show people is the proof. Also a highlight is my humanist sans-serif typeface Mirabeau Sans.
In my spare time, I love watching baseball and collecting baseball memorabilia, listening to music while playing with my large collection of analogue HiFi equipment, and researching my latest assorted interest of the month.
