About Cassidy Hes-Jobin

Hiya there, I’m Cassidy! If I’m not designing, you can usually find me
sewing plushies, hyper-fixating over a video game or covered in dirt
while tending to my garden.

Over the course of this year I’ve fallen head over heels for motion design
and was given free-reign to explore book-binding, vinyl cutting, foil lami-
nating and even building dioramas. I’ve improved at typography tremen-
dously and time-management minimally.

Fleabag TV Title Intro

Project Overview

For this project, I began with an illustrative logo redesign for the British TV show “Fleabag” and developed hi-fi storyboards to animate in Adobe After Effects. The art direction is flat and textured illustrations against dark backdrops to emphasize the bold typography.

Wandering Crescent Food Truck Identity

Project Overview

Wandering Crescent offers Neolithic-inspired cuisine. The branding is influenced by imperfect geometrical art and sculptures from 10,000 BCE to 3000 BCE. The logo is reminiscent of cave paintings made of red ochre dye and uses a textured serif to evoke a papyrus script feel.
